A fruity and very popular cocktail which I’m sure you’ve all heard of before. This one’s a little bit difficult but you should be able to get the hang of it quickly enough.

• 1 Measure of Tequila
• 1 Large dash of Grenadine
• Top up with Orange Juice
• Garnish with Orange wedge

Half fill highball glass with ice cubes. Add Tequila. Top up with orange juice to a little below the rim. Add a generous dash of Grenadine which will sink to the bottom of the glass colouring the orange juice on its way down. Garnish with a wedge of orange.

A really popular creamy cocktail, if only popular for the name, easy to make but it will require a blender.
