CLASSIC SNOWBALL

A Classic Snowball is a sweet drink made with mostly lemonade and lime cordial, very tasty!


Popular recipe

  • 2 Measures of Warninks Advocaat
  • Top up Lemonade
  • 0.25 Measure of Lime Cordial


Shake the advocaat and lime juice together. Pour into an ice filled highball. Top up with lemonade.

MARGARITA

A Margarita is a little pricely and a very sour drink, not for the fruity lovers. Very alcoholic too, so will get you very merry very quickly.

Popular Recipe

  •     2 Measures of Tequila
  •     1 Measure of Cointreau
  •     0.5 Measure of Lime Juice
  •     Salt to Rim the Martini Glass
  •     Garnish with Slice of Lime



Prepare the cocktail glass by rubbing lime juice all the way around the edge of the glass and place on a saucer of salt to achieve the salted rim effect. Then add the Tequila, Cointreau and lime juice into a cocktail shaker full of ice and shake well together. Strain into the cocktail glass.

BLUE LAGOON

A Blue Lagoon is a fruity and electric coloured cocktail, you canchoose from a wider variety or Lime, Orange or Lemon Slices to Garnish.

Popular Recipe

  • 1.5 Measures of Vodka
  • 1.5 Measures of Blue Curacao
  • Top up with Lemonade
  • Use a Slice of Lime, Orange or Lemon to Garnish


Build the Russian Standard Vodka and Blue Curacao into a highball glass half filled with ice. Fill with lemonade and serve.

MOJITO

A Mojito is a slightly more complex cocktail, because it uses the new method muddling; the crushing of fruit or herbs, to allow the flavours to be released. You can use a muddler, a pestle or even the end of a rolling pin. Push down with a twisting action. If you feel like a spicy challange of a cocktail, then this is the one for you.


Popular Recipe

  • 3 Drops of Angostura Bitters
  • 2 Measures of White Rum
  • 1 Measure of Lime Juice
  • Top us with Soda
  • 1 Teaspoon of Sugar Syrup
  • A Ming Sprig to Garnish


Muddle the mint leaves in a glass with the sugar and lime juice to extract the mint oils. Fill Tumbler with crushed ice and add the rum and Angostura, then top up with soda water and stir.

PINA COLADA

A Pina Colada, the popular fruity paradise inducing drink. Who hasn’t had a day dream on a beach sipping one of these beauties! You can add extra fruit for garnish, such as cheeries or grated coconut.

Popular recipe

  • 2 Measures of White Rum
  • 4 Measures of Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Measure of Coconut Cream
  • 1 Measure of Cream
  • Garnish with Pineapple Wedge, Pineapple Leaf or Cherries and Grated Coconut


Blend all the ingredints with a handful of crushed ice, pour into Hurricane glass and add Garnish

WHITE RUSSIAN

A white russian is a very creamy and smooth cocktail, I had to post this because what type of person would I be if I were to post the black russian but not the white one? Very easy to make and a personal favorite of mine.


Popular Recipe

  • 1 Measure of Vodka
  • 1 Measure of Tia Maria
  • 1.5 Measure of Milk
  • 1.5 Measure of Double Cream


Shake all ingredients together well using a cocktail shaker. Strain and serve into a tumbler glass filled with crushed ice or ice cubes.

BLACK RUSSIAN

A black russian is a coffee type cocktail. It’s a very tasty and very popular drink which is very easy to make.



Popular Recipe

  • 1 Measure of Vodka
  • 1 Measure of Tia Maria
  • Top up with Coke


Serve in a highball glass with plenty of ice cubes.


For a short version of this cocktail, build the Tia Maria and Vodka in a tumbler glass over plenty of ice and leave out the cola.
